How do I request my Mailman password be sent to my email?
Use Mailman's Remind feature to request your password be sent to your email.
- Go to the appropriate Mailmain list at http://lists.macalester.edu. The most commonly used are for faculty, staff, or students campus-wide notifications.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and locate the List Name-l Subscribers section.
- In the To unsubscribe from List Name-l, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address: field, enter your Macalester email address.
- Click the Unsubscribe or edit options button.
- The member options for user <username>@macalester.edu page appears. Locate the Password reminder section.
- Click remind and the A reminder of your password has been emailed to you confirmation appears.
- Go to your inbox to find an email message from your firstname.lastname@example.org.
