How do I request my Mailman password be sent to my email?
Use Mailman's Remind feature to request your password be sent to your email.
  1. Go to the appropriate Mailmain list at The most commonly used are for faculty, staff, or students campus-wide notifications.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and locate the List Name-l Subscribers section.

  3. In the To unsubscribe from List Name-l, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address: field, enter your Macalester email address.

  4. Click the Unsubscribe or edit options button.

  5. The member options for user <username> page appears.  Locate the Password reminder section.

  6. Click remind and the A reminder of your password has been emailed to you confirmation appears.
