- Which web browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome
- Are you using Argos Web Viewer?
- If you are using Mac OS, are you able to log into Citrix?
- Are you able to run an Argos report?
- Does an error message appear? If so, what is the error message text and what task were you trying to perform when it appeared?
