Where can I get functional help with using Argos?

An ITS Help Desk consultant will ask you the following:
  • Are you able to log in into Argos?
  • Are you using Windows or Mac OS?
  • Which web browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome
  • Are you using Argos Web Viewer?
  • If you are using Mac OS, are you able to log into Citrix?
  • Are you able to run an Argos report?
  • Does an error message appear? If so, what is the error message text and what task were you trying to perform when it appeared?
