How do newly-hired staff members get computers?
Computer purchasing information for new staff:
  • Existing positions: will get the computer already allocated to that position. ITS will re-image the computer, removing old data, updating the standard software to make sure the it is a refreshed, working computer. Part-time staff sometimes share office space and computers as well.
  • Newly-created full-time positions: the Computer Replacement Fund will purchase, and ultimately replace, one new office computer.
